bugs

I have some naked people to upload but I"m lazy (and I see more tonight so I'll do two for one later). In other news some work for my vis comm insect class. For the redesign, in keeping with my police-militia plant world, I thought of this all purpose (for land and shallow water) vehicle inspired by the bckwimmer insect. Its aesthetic form echoes the life cycle of an insect. It would essentially be used by the police as a guard vehicle, but it goes from its pod state, to a bckswimmer type state for shallow water (with the legs as oars, using heated water and a turbine to propel oars (and a jet stream to push it out)...to a semi-standing (most like an insect) state before it stands and uses the oars (with bendable but sturdy material) as full legs. The legs rotate on a ball-socket joint, and the when it walks in standing state, a fan-propulsion system pushes air through and helps the walk cycle. The housing/ navigational area itself is made of a light metal, so that the legs/oars can support it. It is meant for shallow water and semi-windy terrain.
