So I started this new workshop, which is really great. Essentially, we worked with a board and Pyth0n to interact with the Internet so that when we attach sensors, etc, the information is fed in real time and output to a browser/api on the Internet.
It was pretty neat, even though I'm just starting. Next weekend, we're also doing another one.
This was the board, the chip, the hookup, and some of the c0de. We're using Ubuntu, which I'm comfortable with (well, any platform, really) because since I was little, my dad part!tioned our computers back home to have both W!nd0ws and L!nux. I also 0wned a M@c, so I'm really comfortable with whatever. I'm excited to continue.
I also know this board inside and out because we built a similar version of it in another class, as well as drew the schem@tic for it. Woop. And I've been doing pr0gramming and Pyth0n Web stuff on my own online, so it's like everything all came together...unexpectedly.
