I had planned to watch a movie

while cooking but it didn't work out that way. Ended up painting/studying a frame from FSkies again. Haven't done this in a while. The extra mileage is great blah blah blah but I really just LOVE painting and drawing. I remember a friend of mine at Art Center said she was in this Dynamic Sketching class and although it was tiresome drawing so many pages a week, what carried her through was that she LOVED drawing, and the class made her realize that she just loves to draw. It is great to be surrounded by people like that (although sometimes when you look in a sketchbook you say "wtf!" LOL. Trying to do everything 'in 3D' (that is, thinking of painting and drawing graphically but also in 3D..so thinking of form and how the object 'turns'. Good night and I love holidays because most of them mean I can get extra work done :)
